This part-time evening baking position is ideal if you're seeking flexible work with clear scheduling. We offer Sundays off and are primarily hiring for afternoon, evening, and closing shift availability. Saturday shifts are part of the schedule. You'll be part of a fast-paced bakery operation in the West County area, with locations in Des Peres and Chesterfield.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, mix, and bake fresh cookie dough batches according to our recipes and quality standards
• Monitor ovens and manage baking times during high-volume afternoon and evening periods
• Handle closing shift responsibilities, including cleanup and preparation for the next day's production
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout the bakery workspace
• Work collaboratively with the bakery and front-of-house teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow all company procedures and food safety guidelines
