JP Euro is seeking a Service Advisor for its Seven Points, Kaufman County location — a full-time position at an independent automotive service center specializing in European and exotic vehicle repair.

About the Role

This 40-hour-per-week Service Advisor role offers compensation of $60,000–$100,000 annually. You'll be the primary contact for customers bringing their European and exotic vehicles to JP Euro for service, maintenance, and repairs. We welcome candidates with no prior automotive experience — comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer calls and greet visitors with professionalism and genuine warmth
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with our technical team
• Present repair recommendations and vehicle service options clearly to customers
• Maintain detailed customer records and service documentation
• Build customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Assist with vehicle intake and customer check-in procedures
