Merchandising Sales Associate

Join Tractor Supply Company as a Merchandising Sales Associate in Arkansas City, Cowley County, where you'll travel across your assigned district to drive visual excellence and customer experience in our stores. This is a full-time role on our Field Activity Support Team.

The Opportunity

Tractor Supply Company is looking for a detail-oriented Merchandising Sales Associate to execute critical store operations and visual merchandising standards across multiple locations. As a member of the FAST team, you'll own the complete execution of planograms, assembly projects, and store presentation tasks that directly impact how customers shop and connect with our products. This role combines travel, hands-on execution, and problem-solving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and merchandise layouts to exact specifications, ensuring visual consistency and optimal product placement across assigned stores
• Travel to multiple store locations within your district to complete assigned projects and tasks
• Assemble merchandise displays, shelving units, and fixtures according to company standards and project requirements
• Install, update, and maintain all store signage, pricing, and promotional materials
• Support store teams with inventory management and merchandising projects as assigned
• Coordinate with store management and district leadership to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Maintain detailed records of completed work and report progress to the FAST team leadership

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail merchandising, visual display, or store operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms and specifications precisely
• Comfortable with travel to multiple store locations and working independently in the field
• Basic assembly and installation skills with ability to use hand tools safely
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move merchandise regularly throughout shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license required for travel between locations
