About the Role
As a Distribution Center Team Member in Nampa, Canyon County, you'll be a key part of the supply chain that stocks Tractor Supply Company stores. Working on-site at the distribution center, you'll handle inbound store inventory, pick the right products for outgoing orders, and prepare loads for shipment — always in line with company expectations for accuracy, safety, security, productivity, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming store inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Select and pick merchandise to fulfill store shipment orders.
- Load prepared merchandise onto trailers for outbound delivery.
- Complete all warehouse tasks while meeting company standards for accuracy, safety, security, productivity, and quality.
- Follow safe-handling and security procedures throughout the receiving, selecting, and loading process.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on warehouse work, including lifting, moving, and loading merchandise.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure picking and shipping accuracy.
- Commitment to working safely and following established security protocols.
- Dependability and a focus on consistent, productive output.
- Willingness to work the assigned full-time shift on-site in Nampa, Canyon County.
