Tractor Supply Company is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising Sales Associate to join its Field Activity Support Team (FAST) at the Bradford, Orange County location — a full-time, in-store role focused on delivering consistent, high-quality merchandising execution across an assigned district.
About the Role
As a FAST Team Member, you will travel to multiple store locations within your designated district to independently manage and complete variable merchandising tasks from start to finish. This is a hands-on position that keeps Tractor Supply Company stores looking their best and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute planogram installations and resets across district store locations
- Assemble and install merchandise displays and store fixtures
- Maintain and update in-store signage to current standards
- Provide flexible merchandising support across a range of store-level tasks
- Travel within an assigned district as required to complete field assignments
Qualifications
- Ability to travel regularly to multiple store locations within the assigned district
- Comfortable with physical tasks including assembling fixtures and handling merchandise
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planogram schematics accurately
- Self-motivated with the ability to own tasks independently from initiation to completion
- Prior retail merchandising or visual display experience is a plus
Compensation
- Hourly pay rate: $14.26
