About the Role
As a weekend Lead Park Seasonal with Waukesha County Parks, you will spend your days in the fresh air, guiding seasonal staff and keeping our parks welcoming for every visitor. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for hands-on people who love nature, enjoy building practical skills, and want their work to make a genuine difference in the community. The posted pay range for this role is $14.15 - $19.70 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate seasonal park crews during weekend shifts
- Carry out grounds upkeep, facility maintenance, and general park care
- Help ensure parks remain clean, safe, and enjoyable for the public
- Support day-to-day operations and assist visitors as needed
