Compliance Operations Manager

PrePass is seeking a Compliance Operations Manager to join our team in Phoenix, United States. In this full-time role, you'll oversee regulatory compliance activities, develop operational procedures, and ensure our organization maintains the highest standards of adherence to industry regulations and company policy.

About the Role

As Compliance Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our compliance program, managing the day-to-day operations that keep PrePass aligned with regulatory requirements. You'll coordinate across departments to identify compliance risks, implement controls, and maintain documentation systems that support both external audits and internal governance. This position offers the opportunity to build and refine compliance processes while collaborating with leadership to embed compliance into every level of the organization.

Core Duties

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls aligned with applicable regulations
• Oversee compliance monitoring activities and conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential exposures
• Coordinate internal and external audits, manage audit responses, and track remediation of identified issues
• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, records, and reports required by regulators
• Conduct training and provide guidance to staff on compliance obligations and company policies
• Monitor regulatory updates and interpret their impact on PrePass operations
• Collaborate with operational teams to embed compliance requirements into business processes

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of compliance operations, regulatory affairs, or closely related experience
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, audit processes, and regulatory reporting
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with ability to explain complex requirements clearly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and compliance management systems
• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
