As a Design Sales Specialist/Home Stylist in Boulder, you'll combine design expertise with genuine customer service to help shoppers discover furniture, home décor, and accessories that transform their spaces. Your eye for style and ability to listen to customer needs will drive both exceptional shopping experiences and sales success.

What You'll Do

• Consult with customers on home design concepts, color palettes, furniture arrangement, and décor selections
• Provide expert product knowledge across our full range of home furnishings and styling options
• Create inspiring in-store displays that showcase design trends and product capabilities
• Build lasting customer relationships and follow up on design projects and consultations
• Close sales through consultative, authentic conversations about customer goals and preferences
• Stay current on design trends, seasonal collections, and product features
• Maintain a welcoming store environment that reflects our design aesthetic and values

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for home design and interior styling
• Proven sales experience or strong consultative selling ability
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to customers at any experience level
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliability and flexibility to meet business scheduling needs
