About the Role
As a Visual Associate at the Pottery Barn store in Oak Brook Mall, you'll help bring the brand's distinctive aesthetic to life on the sales floor. Working alongside the leadership team, you'll champion World-Class service, model genuine customer connections, and keep the store presentation polished, welcoming, and on-brand. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the management team to reach store goals through consistently exceptional, World-Class service.
- Act as a role model in cultivating authentic, lasting relationships with every customer.
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor, supervising the space and ensuring each area is properly staffed and covered.
- Carry out daily operational tasks so the store consistently meets Company standards and guidelines.
- Execute visual merchandising updates and uphold display standards that reflect the Pottery Barn look.
Qualifications

- A strong sense of visual presentation and attention to detail in merchandising.
- Comfort supervising the sales floor and supporting team coverage during shifts.
