About the Role

As a Design Studio Specialist and Home Stylist at Williams-Sonoma, you'll serve as a trusted design resource for customers navigating furniture, textiles, and décor decisions. You'll bring rooms to life on paper and in-store, building lasting relationships while delivering a consultative shopping experience that sets Williams-Sonoma apart.

What You'll Do

• Conduct one-on-one design consultations to understand each customer's style, needs, and budget
• Develop room layouts, color palettes, and product selections that reflect current design trends and individual taste
• Guide customers through the full Williams-Sonoma Home product assortment, including upholstery, case goods, lighting, and accessories
• Maintain an expertly styled, visually compelling studio environment that inspires customers and reflects brand standards
• Follow up on open design projects to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with store teammates to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for interior design, home styling, and the art of creating beautiful, functional spaces
• Proven ability to build rapport with customers and translate their vision into actionable product recommendations
• Strong spatial reasoning and an eye for proportion, color, and composition
• Previous retail, design studio, or customer service experience is a plus
• Comfort working in a sales-driven environment and meeting individual performance goals
• Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends
