The Military Veteran is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead operational strategy and execution for our growing industrial and technical services business based in Minnesota. About the Role
As Vice President of Operations, you will oversee the complete operational infrastructure and execution framework that supports our business growth. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute operational strategy aligned with company growth objectives and market conditions
- Build, lead, and mentor an operations team; establish clear accountability and performance standards
- Design and optimize core operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
- Establish key performance indicators and reporting mechanisms to track operational health
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation across operational functions
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and technical teams to align operations with customer needs
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent operations in executive leadership discussions and strategic planning

- Extensive operations management experience in industrial, technical services, or manufacturing environments
- Proven success in leadership roles managing operations at scale
- Strong understanding of operational metrics, process engineering, and quality systems
