You'll be the creative force behind Adventure Ted's voice, using advanced AI technology to bring consistency, personality, and emotional resonance to our beloved character across all media platforms.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape how children and families connect with our mission-driven content through innovative voice design and character development. You'll combine traditional sound design principles with cutting-edge AI voice synthesis to create a character that educates, inspires, and comforts young audiences facing cancer diagnosis and treatment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Adventure Ted's distinctive voice personality using AI-powered voice synthesis tools and contemporary sound design techniques
• Ensure consistent character voice and tonal quality across animations, virtual events, interactive experiences, and multimedia content
• Collaborate closely with our creative, production, and marketing teams to evolve Adventure Ted's voice presence
• Produce voice assets and character audio for social media content, educational materials, and community engagement initiatives
• Research and evaluate emerging AI voice technologies to enhance character authenticity and production efficiency
• Document voice guidelines and character specifications to maintain consistency across projects and team members

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in sound design, voice acting, or audio production
• Hands-on proficiency with AI-based voice synthesis platforms and tools
• Strong understanding of character development and voice performance principles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Portfolio or examples of previous voice design or audio work
