About the Role

You'll manage cross-functional initiatives spanning fundraising campaigns, operational improvements, strategic partnerships, and event delivery. Working across departments, you'll translate organizational priorities into clear action plans, monitor progress toward milestones, and report outcomes to leadership. What You'll Do

• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for multiple concurrent initiatives
• Facilitate collaboration among fundraising, operations, and partnership teams to achieve shared goals
• Oversee event planning logistics, including vendor coordination and on-site execution
• Track milestone progress, surface risks early, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule
• Document project results and create summaries for leadership and stakeholder review
• Cultivate relationships with key partners and supporters

What We're Looking For

• Current or recent MBA or graduate business program student
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities effectively
• Proven leadership experience and comfort collaborating across organizational functions
• Clear communicator—both written and verbal
