About the Role
As a Personal Care Companion and Caregiver, you'll deliver hands-on, non-medical assistance to clients throughout their daily routines. Your presence and support enable our clients to continue living at home safely while managing the challenges of aging or chronic conditions. This is meaningful work that directly improves someone's day-to-day well-being.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry support
- Accompany clients on outings and errands in the community
- Offer companionship and emotional support during regular visits
- Maintain a safe, clean home environment for the client
- Document care activities and communicate with the care team
- Respond compassionately to client needs and preferences
What We're Looking For
- Genuine patience, empathy, and respect for client dignity and independence
- Ability to work dependably, with flexibility to meet client schedules
- Physical capability to assist with mobility and light physical tasks
- Strong communication skills and comfort building rapport with seniors
- Reliability and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
