About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate initiatives across fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and fundraising event planning
- Support operational projects that strengthen organizational capacity and efficiency
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders
- Oversee logistics and execution for fundraising events and community programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met
- Maintain project documentation, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently admitted to an MBA program, or equivalent graduate business studies
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-team collaboration
- Self-motivated with a genuine passion for nonprofit work and supporting children with cancer
- Flexibility to work a semester-based schedule aligned with your academic calendar
- Ability to work on-site in Paterson, Passaic County
