New Graduate Registered Nurse – RN

About the Role

This New Graduate Registered Nurse position offers structured training and mentorship as you apply your nursing education in real-world dialysis care. Working alongside experienced nephrology nurses and healthcare professionals, you will support safe, effective hemodialysis therapy delivery while developing the clinical skills and judgment essential to your nursing practice.

What You'll Do

• Assist with hemodialysis treatment delivery under clinical supervision and preceptor guidance
• Monitor patient vital signs, fluid status, and clinical responses during dialysis sessions
• Support vascular access care, assessment, and maintenance according to clinical protocols
• Provide compassionate patient communication, education, and emotional support
• Follow strict infection prevention and safety standards in the dialysis environment
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and treatment documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team including physicians, dietitians, and technicians
• Contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current nursing education
• Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
