About the Role
As a Design Sales Specialist and Home Stylist, you'll be the bridge between our customers' inspiration and the beautiful, high-quality home furnishings and décor we offer. You'll work flexible hours in a dynamic retail environment where your design eye and customer insight directly impact sales and satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Guide customers through the design process, understanding their vision, space constraints, and budget to recommend the right products
- Style displays and room settings throughout the store to inspire customers and showcase product combinations
