Join CIMMYT as a D365 F&O ERP Specialist in New Delhi, Delhi, India. We're seeking a skilled professional to drive the configuration, optimization, and support of our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations systems, ensuring seamless enterprise resource planning and operational excellence across our organization.

The Opportunity

This full-time, locally recruited position offers the opportunity to become a core member of our ERP team, directly supporting CIMMYT's mission-critical financial and operational processes. You'll take ownership of system administration, solution design, and user enablement, working with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in our finance and operations infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules to meet organizational requirements
• Support end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O solutions, from design through deployment and beyond
• Develop, test, and deploy functional and technical enhancements, including custom code and customizations
• Provide technical guidance on system capabilities, integration points, and ERP best practices
• Troubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and implement timely resolutions
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user procedures
• Train and support end-users across finance and operations functions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation or support roles
• Strong technical foundation in X++, SQL, and D365 customization tools
• Deep understanding of ERP processes, finance modules, and supply chain operations
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and configuration best practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
