Role Overview

Requirements
- A Master's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in agricultural research and extension.
- Strong knowledge of crop physiology, soil science, and agronomy principles.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
