Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily construction initiatives, driving delivery of complex residential development projects from inception through completion. You'll manage all phases of project execution, coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal teams to maintain schedules, control budgets, and uphold the highest standards of construction quality and workplace safety.

What You'll Do

• Direct multifamily construction projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource distribution
• Partner with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and design professionals for seamless execution
• Monitor construction progress, quality standards, building code compliance, and safety protocols
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and schedule tracking
• Track project expenses and manage budgets to control costs while preserving quality
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and address challenges promptly and professionally
• Perform regular site inspections and lead project meetings to track progress and alignment

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multifamily construction or commercial real estate development projects
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional background)
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, building codes, and industry standards
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and construction software platforms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, demonstrable through previous roles
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential is preferred
