Client Support Coordinator

The Pregnancy Resource Center in Coco River, Collier County is looking for a dedicated full‑time Client Support Coordinator who will represent Jesus Christ while delivering compassionate care to individuals and families.

About the Role

In this position you will work primarily at the Aspire Resource Center (ARC), acting as a trusted point of contact for clients seeking support and for staff needing guidance on available services.

What You’ll Do

• Provide empathetic, comprehensive assistance to clients navigating pregnancy‑related challenges
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for both clients and team members, sharing information about programs and referrals
• Respond to crisis situations with skilled intervention and follow‑up care
• Conduct initial intake interviews, develop individualized care plans, and document progress
• Maintain a small, manageable caseload to ensure personalized attention for each client
• Collaborate with other Aspire continuum programs to coordinate holistic support
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, non‑judgmental approach
• Experience in client services, case management, or a related helping profession
• Ability to conduct assessments, create care plans, and manage a modest workload
• Comfort handling emotionally charged situations and providing crisis support
• Good organizational habits and attention to detail for documentation
• Basic computer proficiency for record‑keeping and communication tools
• Willingness to work on‑site in Coco River, Collier County (full‑time schedule)
