About the Role
As Manager, National Sales at TD Bank, you'll lead and oversee a sales organization, driving revenue growth and market expansion across our banking product portfolio. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on team leadership to deliver results for TD's customers and shareholders.
What You'll Do
- Direct and manage sales teams to meet and exceed organizational revenue targets and performance metrics
- Develop and execute comprehensive national sales strategies aligned with TD Bank's business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners across the region
- Coach and mentor sales professionals, fostering skill development and career advancement
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, pipeline health, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies across all sales operations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing sales teams in financial services or a related industry
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and customer segments
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with sales management systems and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for business
