HR Advice Specialist (US) – Intake, Triage & Adjudication

TD Bank seeks an HR Advice Specialist for our Mount Laurel, New Jersey office. In this full-time role, you'll intake, triage, and adjudicate human resources matters, supporting colleagues and the organization through thoughtful case management and decision-making.

About the Role

As an HR Advice Specialist, you'll handle the intake, triage, and adjudication of HR-related cases and inquiries. Your ability to listen carefully, assess situations objectively, and communicate decisions clearly will be essential. You'll serve as a trusted resource for colleagues navigating HR matters while upholding company policy and fairness standards.

This position offers a competitive salary of $72,280 to $108,160 USD annually and is based in Mount Laurel, working a standard 40-hour week.

What You'll Do

• Receive, log, and document HR inquiries and concerns from colleagues
• Assess and categorize cases to determine the most appropriate resolution path
• Review supporting materials and evidence to evaluate case facts and policy compliance
• Make impartial adjudication decisions based on company policy and applicable guidelines
• Communicate outcomes clearly and professionally to colleagues
• Maintain detailed, accurate records to ensure compliance and audit readiness
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent policy application across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication ability
• Demonstrated impartiality and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple concurrent cases
• Experience with case management systems, HRIS platforms, or business databases
• Understanding of HR policy, employment law basics, and workplace practices
• Background in HR operations, employee relations, or related case-processing work
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
