QC Tech Second Shift

Join Roto Mold as a Quality Control Technician on our second shift team in Tea, Lincoln County. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to ensure every rotationally molded product meets our exacting quality standards and customer requirements.

About the Role

As a Quality Control Tech on the second shift, you'll play a critical role in our manufacturing process, inspecting finished rotationally molded products before they reach our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain Roto Mold's reputation for excellence while supporting our production, trimming, and shipping teams.

What You'll Do

• Inspect rotationally molded products for defects, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality
• Verify that all products meet company quality standards and customer specifications
• Confirm compliance with applicable safety requirements and industry standards
• Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records
• Communicate findings with production, trimming, and shipping teams to address quality issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes
• Work independently during second shift while maintaining strong team communication

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with quality control, product inspection, or manufacturing quality assurance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to read and understand specifications, blueprints, and quality standards
• Reliable, detail-oriented approach to work with ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work second shift schedules
• Willingness to learn and adapt to continuous improvement processes
