About the Role
You'll join a healthcare facility in Germantown, TN as a Travel Interventional Radiology technologist, providing essential diagnostic and therapeutic support in a dynamic clinical setting. This assignment features a rotating schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week, with an official start date of July 27, 2026. What You'll Do
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures under radiologist supervision
- Operate advanced fluoroscopic imaging systems and guidewire technology safely and accurately
- Maintain detailed procedural documentation and patient medical records
- Collaborate with interventional radiologists, nurses, and clinical staff in real-time
- Ensure strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and infection prevention standards
- Support patient positioning, vital sign monitoring, and post-intervention care
What We're Looking For
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography, with Interventional Radiology specialty preferred or required
- Active state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in Tennessee
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in interventional radiology settings
- Solid understanding of radiographic anatomy, radiation physics, and safety principles
- Proven ability to work efficiently and communicate clearly in high-acuity environments
- Physical capability to lift, position, and assist patients throughout procedures
- Flexibility and professional attitude toward travel assignments
