Influencer Marketing Manager

Pestie is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our creator partnerships in Bluffdale, Salt Lake County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to own our entire influencer program, from strategy and creator recruitment through campaign execution and performance analysis.

About the Role

You'll be the strategic lead of Pestie's influencer marketing efforts, responsible for building authentic creator relationships and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. Reporting directly to leadership, you'll collaborate with our paid social, organic social, and creative teams to weave influencer-generated content into cohesive brand storytelling that resonates with our target audience.

What You'll Do

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit content creators and influencers whose audiences align with Pestie's brand mission
• Develop and manage product gifting campaigns, coordinating logistics and ensuring creators have everything needed for authentic content
• Execute paid influencer partnerships, including contract negotiation, creative briefing, and performance tracking
• Plan and oversee influencer-led events, activations, and community-building initiatives
• Partner with paid and organic social teams to amplify creator content and maximize campaign reach
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyze ROI, and report findings to leadership
• Manage influencer budgets and payment workflows

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years managing influencer programs, creator partnerships, or creator marketing
• Authentic understanding of the creator economy and social media platform dynamics
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
• Strong project management skills with ability to run multiple campaigns concurrently
• Comfort analyzing social media metrics and translating data into actionable insights
• Experience developing creative briefs and guiding creators through content collaboration
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork abilities
