About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant with Avenue5 Residential, you'll be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective residents, showcasing our communities and guiding qualified applicants through a seamless leasing experience. You'll combine customer service excellence with sales acumen to build relationships and fill occupancy while maintaining high standards.

What You'll Do

• Conduct engaging property tours and present floor plans, amenities, and lease options to prospective residents
• Qualify and assess eligibility of rental applicants based on company guidelines and lease requirements
• Complete lease applications, verify tenant information, and process rental agreements accurately
• Follow up with leads and applicants to move prospects through the leasing funnel and close leases
• Answer inquiries from residents and applicants regarding lease terms, community policies, and available units
• Maintain an organized, professional leasing office and manage administrative documentation
• Meet occupancy and leasing goals while upholding resident screening standards

• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience from retail, hospitality, or property-related fields

Compensation & Position Details
