Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our internal talents.
• You support the search for new cooperation partners, create new offers, and process incoming inquiries.
• You demonstrate your negotiation skills in contracts as well as price negotiations with suppliers and service providers (partners).
• You develop concepts together with the talents, such as content formats, and support them in their realization.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in artist management or related fields. Knowledge of media/social media and influencer marketing. Proficiency with software systems relevant to the role. Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle contracts and pricing negotiations. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work autonomously within a flat hierarchy and flexible structure.
