About the Role

Perfectly aligned with self-developed software systems for both you as an artist manager and your artists. A responsible position within a dedicated team. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support in the negotiation of internal talents
• Assist in finding new partnership opportunities, create offers, and handle incoming requests
• Develop your negotiation skills for contracts and price negotiations with providers and service partners (partners)
• Support artist managers in creating concepts and content formats for talents and assist in their realization
• Facilitate communication between talents and our partners, plan their activities

Qualifications

Experience in the fields of media/social media, influencer marketing, and related technologies. Strong negotiation skills and a keen understanding of contract law. Proficiency with software systems used in artist management. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
