What This Role Involves

A challenging and rewarding position in a dynamic team environment. You will be responsible for managing artists within the realms of artist management, media/social media, influencer marketing, and related technologies (software systems). Utilize perfectly aligned self-developed software systems to support your work as an artist manager and for your artists.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal talent
• Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities, creating new offers, and handling incoming inquiries
• Showcase negotiation skills during contract negotiations and price discussions with suppliers and service providers (partners)
• Collaborate with artists to develop concepts and content formats

What You Bring

• A passion for artist management, media/social media, and influencer marketing
• Experience in negotiation and contract management
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently within a flat hierarchy structure
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
