Role Overview

Your role as the Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Lead for Yoshi en, a partner company of Sunday Natural, offers you the unique opportunity to significantly scale our already successful influencer channel for Yoshi en Tea. You will strategically lay the groundwork for our expansion into new verticals and play a pivotal role in defining how Yoshi en connects with its audience through influential partnerships. Reporting directly to the C-Suite, your responsibilities include leading and mentoring a Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist, overseeing every aspect of influencer partnerships from outreach to execution, and leveraging relationships within the health, food, and lifestyle sectors.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Scale and strategize: Take full ownership of the influencer marketing strategy for Yoshi en, setting a foundation for long-term substantial growth across the DACH region.

• Leverage relationships & strategic synergy: Identify and collaborate with top-tier influencers and thought leaders in health, food, and lifestyle sectors. Coordinate closely with the Sunday Natural Influencer Marketing and Sales Teams to leverage their network of therapists and doctors for strategic outreach regarding our functional teas.

• Master the details: Oversee every aspect of influencer partnerships, from initial outreach and onboarding to campaign execution and reporting.

What You Bring

• A passion for authentic branding and a deep knowledge of the tea industry.

• The ability to manage complexity with strategic vision and creativity.

• Experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the health, food, or lifestyle sectors.

• Strong leadership skills, including mentoring a Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist.
