Responsibilities
Our talent team is seeking a Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager to join our client, a confidential digital marketing organization based in Berlin. In this role, you will:
- Lead the team as the primary point of contact for internal talent and influencers
- Acquire new cooperation partners, prepare proposals, and manage incoming partnership inquiries
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers
- Develop content concepts and formats in collaboration with talent, supporting implementation
- Coordinate between talent and partners, planning schedules and ensuring talent well-being
- Identify and acquire potential new talent for existing and future formats and productions
- Foster forward-thinking approaches and create new opportunities beyond traditional artist representation in close collaboration with talent
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in artist management, influencer marketing, or online marketing (e.g., digital, social media, or PR agency)
- Strong interest and keen sense for current developments in the digital sector and consumer behavior, particularly regarding new trends and technologies
- Confident use of all common social media platforms and online communities
- Experience implementing and/or developing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- High creativity and motivation to develop innovative solutions
- Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and proven team collaboration abilities
