Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for internal talents
• Support in finding new cooperation partners, creating new offers, and processing incoming inquiries
• Show your negotiation skills when dealing with contracts as well as price negotiations with providers and service suppliers (partners)
• Develop concepts together with talents regarding content formats and support them in their implementation

Requirements

• Experience in artist management, media/social media, or influencer marketing
• Ambition to work with the latest internally developed systems such as Hiimia and our proprietary management system
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction
• Excellent negotiation abilities
• Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
