Position Summary

As an integral part of the artist management, media/social media, and influencer marketing department, you will be responsible for supporting internal talent development, exploring new partnership opportunities, and contributing to the creation and execution of content strategies. Core Duties

• Support in negotiating internal talent agreements and developing new business opportunities through active engagement with potential partners
• Assist in the creation of contractual terms, including pricing negotiations with service providers
• Collaborate with artist managers to develop and implement content strategies for talents under our management
• Facilitate communication between artists and partners, ensuring smooth project planning and execution

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work independently. A background in media studies, marketing, or related fields is preferred. Fluency in German and English is essential, with additional language skills being advantageous.
