What This Role Involves

As a Power Engineer & Rubber Liner, you'll combine electrical and mechanical knowledge to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise power-driven equipment systems. You'll work with rubber-lined components and assemblies that are core to our industrial solutions, ensuring they meet performance and durability standards whilst supporting the broader engineering operations at our Surrey facility.

Your Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and validate power systems and rubber-lined equipment to ensure operational integrity
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting equipment performance and reliability
• Support installation and commissioning activities for power engineering components
• Document findings and maintain accurate technical records
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet specification and safety standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering operations

Requirements

• Qualification or recognised experience in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Familiarity with power systems, equipment operation, or industrial components
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to develop expertise in rubber lining materials and applications
