About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization in Canada that is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their fully remote team. As a Graphic Designer, you will report to the Creative Manager and collaborate with Marketing and Content Services teams to design marketing materials and interactive courses across multiple brands and campaigns. Your work will span websites, social media, advertising, and instructional content, balancing 12-15 concurrent projects that range from short-term social media assets to larger initiatives like course development and website redesigns.
Responsibilities
- Design visual assets across multiple media including digital, print, social, and video
- Create marketing materials and interactive course content for multiple brands and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members remotely via Slack, email, and Zoom
- Manage and balance multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and priorities
- Build upon and extend existing design work while maintaining brand consistency
- Organize project files meticulously for team accessibility and workflow efficiency
- Support website design, social media content, webinars, and advertising initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years of progressively senior graphic design experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or agency environments
- Portfolio demonstrating experience with both digital and print assignments
- Expert-level knowledge of After Effects or similar motion graphics tools
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions thoroughly
- Self-motivated learner comfortable teaching yourself new tools and techniques
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with designers, developers, and marketing teams
- Strong organizational skills with systematic file management practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in Canada
