Project Delivery Lead

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Project Delivery Lead to drive day-to-day delivery of a multi-year enterprise intelligence, analytics, and automation platform. This is a newly created, senior individual contributor role with no direct reports, fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in Canada.

You will lead scoped deliveries that bring together business owners, data engineering, platform architecture, AI and application engineering, security, and transformation partners. You will translate priorities into integrated delivery plans, coordinate work across multiple teams, and keep initiatives moving from build through business validation, launch, and value review.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated delivery planning by translating platform priorities into clear, integrated delivery plans and backlogs across platform foundations and business use cases
• Maintain a rolling six-week view of owners, dependencies, target dates, and capacity assumptions
• Run sprint planning, stand-ups, capacity and dependency reviews, demos, and retrospectives
• Keep project management tools current as the reliable source of delivery commitments and progress
• Challenge unclear estimates, unsupported status updates, and stalled work, verifying completion against agreed acceptance evidence
• Coordinate releases from validation through launch, including UAT and sign-off, launch cohorts, training and communications, cutover, support, and hypercare
• Maintain visibility into risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and decisions with clear owners and timelines
• Prepare concise reporting and steering committee materials providing visibility into completed work, forecast dates, capacity, risks, decisions, launch readiness, and early evidence of value

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology or project delivery in technical project delivery, technology programs, PMO, agile delivery, consulting, or related areas
• Ability to turn broad outcomes into practical, sequenced plans with clear ownership, dependencies, acceptance criteria, capacity considerations, and release forecasts
• Working understanding of data, analytics, AI, and application delivery with ability to confidently engage technical teams about dependencies, estimates, risks, and readiness
• Experience running delivery cadences, maintaining project plans and delivery tools, and managing risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions
• Understanding of what it takes to move work beyond development and into the hands of users, including coordinating UAT, business sign-off, release readiness, launch, adoption, support, and value measurement
• Strong ability to influence and create accountability across teams that do not report to you
• Excellent communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with delivery management platforms such as monday.com, Jira, or Azure DevOps
• Exposure to data, analytics, AI, or enterprise platform delivery, particularly within Microsoft's data and AI ecosystem
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar data and analytics platforms
• Experience working in fast-growing or evolving organizations where delivery structures and processes are still taking shape

Pay

Our client has indicated the salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 CAD, determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and organizational needs. Get A Job.ai does not modify the compensation offered by our clients.
