Solutions Engineer – EMEA

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential manufacturing technology organization seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their delivery team in Munich. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the Munich office.

In this position, you will:

• Manage and execute enterprise-level customer projects using a no-code platform
• Work directly with customers and partners to develop and implement technical solutions
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers and build lasting relationships
• Contribute to internal process development, improvement, and cross-team collaboration
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide customer insights and feedback
• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and lead projects from initiation through completion
• Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders ranging from shop floor operators to C-suite executives

Required qualifications:

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of professional work experience
• Prior experience in project management and manufacturing or process engineering strongly preferred
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Basic coding skills and familiarity with SQL and REST API
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Fluency in both English and German required; French is a significant plus
• Proactive self-starter attitude with willingness to learn and grow
• Experience working in a startup environment or readiness to embrace that culture
• Strong track record of academic excellence and passion for continuous improvement
