Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital health organization based in München. In this role, you will:
- Design screens, user flows, and interactions for a health and wellness platform
- Translate product requirements and domain knowledge into simple, well-thought-out user experiences
- Create precise designs and specifications that feed into an AI-supported, agile development process
- Evolve and maintain the design language and design system
- Validate concepts through user feedback and iterate on your designs
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Product Development and engineering teams
- Contribute ideas to shape and enhance product direction
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in Product/UX/UI design for digital applications
- Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful user flows and clean UI craft; proficiency in Figma
- Ability to quickly understand domain contexts and assess which solutions best achieve objectives
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted workflows in product design
- Interest in health, prevention, and wellness
- Strong communication skills, independence, and structured working style
- Experience working in small, motivated teams
- Fluent in both German and English
