Werkstudent (m/w/d) Produktmanagement

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cleantech organization seeking a working student to support product management operations in Munich. In this role, you will:

• Manage and optimize webshop storefronts, maintaining product information, descriptions, and content within Salesforce Commerce
• Support the product management team in developing the product portfolio and assist with building and implementing new storefront solutions
• Maintain and validate product and order data in Salesforce Commerce and ERP systems, ensuring high data quality standards
• Collaborate closely with product management, implementation, order processing, sales, support teams, and external partners
• Analyze customer onboarding processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support digitalization and automation of existing workflows, including potential AI integration
• Develop a structured strategy for relevant onboarding and post-onboarding documentation, preparing guides, templates, and knowledge content for the online help center using Microsoft applications, Teams, and other digital tools

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Digital Business, Business Administration with digitalization or e-commerce focus, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable program
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and enthusiasm for learning new tools and systems
• Practical experience in e-commerce, product management, process optimization, or digitalization (preferred)
• Interest in electric mobility and electric vehicles, with curiosity about how digital solutions support charging and vehicle usage
• Analytical, structured, and organized working style with ability to independently develop solutions for technical and business challenges
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to understand customer needs and provide clear, service-focused solutions for complex inquiries
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and verbal
