DeepTech UI/UX & Brand Designer (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential deeptech organization that is launching ambitious new initiatives backed by experienced technology entrepreneurs. Our talent team is seeking an exceptional UI/UX and Brand Designer to join a high-growth environment focused on building transformative products from the ground up.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Europe or the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute design initiatives for cutting-edge deeptech products from 0-to-1
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete visual and interaction design systems
• Architect scalable design solutions that support rapid growth from prototype to production
• Drive critical design milestones in fast-paced sprints with minimal organizational overhead
• Collaborate directly with engineering, research, and commercial teams to ensure design excellence
• Build and maintain brand identity systems that position products for institutional backing and market validation

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to remote arrangements in those regions
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in UI/UX and brand design
• Demonstrable experience taking extreme end-to-end ownership of design initiatives
• Strong portfolio showing 0-to-1 product design work, ideally in technology or deeptech environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work autonomously and drive strategy without requiring multiple approval layers
• Passion for rapid execution and achieving market validation through exceptional design
