About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking an Account Executive for their Enterprise sales function in London. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of artificial intelligence, working with Fortune 500 clients across finance, manufacturing, healthcare, and public sector industries.
As Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle with strategic customers—from initial outreach through contract negotiation and implementation. You'll partner closely with technical and legal teams to deliver customized AI solutions that meet complex enterprise requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, managing strategic outbound campaigns and converting qualified inbound opportunities
- Lead Proof of Concept engagements, providing hands-on support to prospective clients and converting successful trials into long-term contracts
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, coordinating across customer engineering, product, and commercial teams at both operational and C-level
- Build and maintain executive relationships with C-suite decision-makers, heads of AI/innovation, and other key stakeholders
- Manage complex negotiations in collaboration with legal and implementation specialist teams
- Articulate technical product capabilities and value propositions to enterprise buyers
- Partner with technical teams throughout pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment phases to address customer challenges
- Share customer insights with internal teams to inform product roadmap and strategic priorities
What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling complex technical products through consultative approaches
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field from a respected institution
- Proven track record within the AI ecosystem or adjacent data/infrastructure sectors
- Experience at a successful fast-growing startup, preferably in deep-tech
- Strong technical acumen to navigate rapidly evolving products and guide technical discussions with confidence
- Excellent English communication skills; French or additional languages (German, Spanish) are welcomed
- Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to engage credibly with technical and executive audiences alike
