Brand Strategist – Fully Remote | Upto $150/hr

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Brand Strategist for a fully remote contract role. Our client is building cutting-edge AI systems and needs experienced marketing professionals to help evaluate and improve model outputs for real-world marketing applications.

This is a remote contract position open to candidates in the United Kingdom, offering flexible, asynchronous work on your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for real-world marketing deliverables such as creative briefs, campaign concepts, and brand positioning frameworks
• Score AI-generated and human work samples against established criteria, providing detailed written justifications for every evaluation
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure assessments are reproducible and defensible
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly on your evaluations
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to AI model performance improvement

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or advertising
• Background as a creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at top-tier global creative agencies, or senior brand marketing roles at leading consumer companies
• Deep fluency in writing and evaluating creative briefs, campaign development across channels, and brand positioning and messaging
• Exceptionally strong written communication skills
• Detail-oriented mindset and comfort having your judgment reviewed and calibrated against peers

Preferred:

• Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data annotation projects
