Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology client specializing in digital solutions for the construction sector. This remote role, based in Munich, focuses on leading SharePoint-based project implementations with a strong emphasis on AI integration.

As Project Manager, you will:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, steering, and monitoring including budget oversight and client communication
• Implement customized solutions within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments
• Design and develop specialized modules on the SharePoint platform
• Actively deploy AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot to accelerate project documentation, reporting, and communication while establishing reusable standards for the team
• Collaborate closely with construction site management, cost estimation, and project development teams to understand workflows and translate them into digital processes
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement of platform capabilities

What We're Looking For

• IT education or demonstrated experience in the construction sector
• Advanced SharePoint knowledge, ideally complemented by comprehensive M365 expertise and relevant Microsoft certifications
• Proven experience leading projects and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Enthusiasm for AI: daily use of AI tools, willingness to challenge traditional workflows, and eagerness to test and implement new solutions within the team
• Interest in or experience with construction, real estate, or planning industries—or clear motivation to develop deep expertise in this domain
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle parallel projects effectively
• Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken
• High self-motivation and commitment to continuous professional development
