Client Service Lead (gn)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social media agency seeking a Client Service Lead to join their Berlin team. In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a project management team while serving as the strategic point of contact for complex client projects
• Collaborate with strategy and social media departments to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for high-budget accounts
• Deliver operational and strategic client consulting at the highest level, ensuring successful execution of 360-degree campaigns
• Manage complex project workflows, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery
• Apply your deep social media expertise to create significant value for the team and ensure clients receive optimal consultation and excellent campaign execution

What We're Looking For

• Several years of leadership experience managing larger teams in client service or account management, ideally within a social media or digital agency
• Strong expertise in social media strategy development with extensive experience advising clients with complex requirements
• Strategic thinking ability and capability to serve as a competent sparring partner with C-level executives
• Excellent communication skills, presentation strength, confidence with clients, and ability to convey complex matters clearly
• Experience managing large budgets and steering interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic agency environment
• Fluent German and solid English for communication with international stakeholders
• Production experience is a strong plus
