Senior Customer Success Manager – Cybersecurity (EMEA)

We are representing a fast-growing cybersecurity organization that is making significant impact in threat management and security operations. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to support their expanding client base across EMEA. This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom, offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge security solutions trusted by thousands of organizations globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete customer lifecycle from initial kickoff through onboarding, adoption, training, and renewal phases
• Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers throughout the EMEA region
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales teams on upsell and cross-sell initiatives
• Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Work alongside Customer Support Engineers and Customer Platform Architects to ensure seamless deployment and ongoing support
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to product and engineering teams
• Monitor success metrics and leverage data to refine customer engagement strategies
• Travel occasionally for customer meetings and company events

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles within the cybersecurity industry
• Specific background in Threat Intelligence or Exposure Validation domains
• Proven track record supporting national and regional enterprise customers
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn specialized security platforms
• Adaptability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working in remote, asynchronous-first team environments
• Experience with CRM/CSM tools and customer success analytics
• Fluency in English required
