About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential blockchain intelligence organization in their search for a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on financial services. This role sits at the intersection of complex technology and regulated industries, shaping how enterprise buyers in banking, payments, and fintech understand and adopt advanced analytics solutions.
As the marketing leader for this vertical, you will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for financial institutions navigating digital asset integration, regulatory compliance, and financial crime prevention. You'll translate sophisticated capabilities—including AI-powered intelligence and data platforms—into clear customer value that resonates with compliance officers, risk leaders, and executive decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the financial services value narrative, establishing differentiated positioning for compliance, risk, anti-fraud, and investigations buyers
- Build strategic messaging frameworks and competitive intelligence that enable sales teams to communicate value with conviction
- Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, platform capabilities, and commercial offerings within the financial services segment
- Partner with product, sales, and subject-matter experts to translate technical innovation into compelling industry solutions and use cases
- Develop customer-facing narratives for pricing, packaging, and business cases that connect capabilities to measurable ROI
- Create strategic sales assets including first-call decks, solution briefs, discovery frameworks, proof points, and repeatable sales plays
- Collaborate with enablement teams to scale successful narratives into field tools and training programs
- Bring market, customer, and competitive insights back into positioning decisions, ensuring messaging reflects real-world buying journeys
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- 5–8 years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or B2B enterprise technology marketing
- Proven experience marketing to financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated industries
- Demonstrated ability to build positioning that changes buyer perception—not just content production
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft executive messaging, sales narratives, and technical content with precision
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying journeys and sales motions in risk-sensitive, regulated environments
- Ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes for both executive buyers and hands-on practitioners
- Collaborative self-starter comfortable driving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives independently
Preferred experience:
- Background in blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-adjacent financial infrastructure
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, cybersecurity, or compliance technology
- Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models
- Track record marketing to financial institutions in data, intelligence, security, or enterprise software contexts
You'll excel in this role if you: Can distill complexity into memorable narratives and practical sales conversations. Write with precision and bring sound judgment to ambiguous problems. Build for repeatability rather than one-off requests. Care deeply about the quality of what reaches customers and the field. Embrace AI as a productivity multiplier and actively experiment with new ways of working.
