This is a leadership role overseeing multiple service locations within a designated territory. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations across multiple locations within your assigned district
• Ensure all locations are properly staffed with trained employees who deliver exceptional customer service
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in service quality and operational efficiency
• Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and drive revenue growth
• Provide leadership and mentorship to location managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee development
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and develop profitability enhancement plans
• Ensure all locations comply with local, state, and federal regulations
• Travel regularly within the district and occasionally outside as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in district management or multi-unit management within automotive services or related industries
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and operational objectives
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to analyze financial data and develop actionable performance improvement plans
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing the automotive services industry
• Willingness to travel regularly within the district

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $65,200 to $116,500 annually, with actual pay depending on location, experience, and qualifications. The role may include commission or bonus incentives. Our client offers comprehensive health and wellness benefits, paid time off, and holiday pay.
