Senior Product Manager, Delivery

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential food technology client in their search for a Senior Product Manager to lead delivery platform initiatives. This role focuses on building exceptional delivery experiences across a multi-sided marketplace connecting workplaces with food providers nationwide.

You will own the vision and roadmap for delivery operations, partnering with engineering, UX, and research teams to create tools that enable restaurant and delivery partners to fulfill orders on-time and in-full. This is a strategic role where you'll balance the needs of customers, partners, drivers, and internal operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and develop a comprehensive roadmap for the delivery platform serving restaurant and delivery partners
• Develop internal tools that enable effective monitoring and management of delivery operations
• Use research and data to build compelling narratives that evangelize your roadmap and vision
• Build deep empathy for users across all sides of the marketplace and champion their needs
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives with Design, Research, Engineering, Data Analysis, ML/AI, and other Product Managers
• Continuously identify areas for innovation and improvement in the delivery experience
• Create and monitor metrics that measure success and inform product decisions
• Travel quarterly to the client's headquarters for planning and business reviews

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with marketplace or delivery logistics background
• Proven experience designing and implementing delivery or logistics solutions
• Track record of customer-focused innovation beyond maintaining the status quo
• Deep analytical skills with comfort manipulating data and building hypotheses to inform solutions
• Strong collaboration abilities and enthusiasm for working across functional areas
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and planning sessions

Pay

Total target cash compensation (base salary plus bonus target) for this position ranges from $161,000 to $213,000 annually, based on experience and expertise. Final offers are determined by multiple factors including prior experience and location. This range does not include additional benefits such as equity, 401K, or health insurance provided by the client.
