About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a full-time UGC Creator based in South Africa. Our client operates at scale in the virtual services space and is building a robust video content engine to showcase products, educate audiences, and create engaging content across YouTube, TikTok, paid advertising, and landing pages.

This is a high-impact creative role where you'll produce 3–5 videos per week, working closely with marketing and product teams. You'll have significant autonomy to suggest content ideas and directly shape the public identity of our client's brand.

Responsibilities

Content Production

• Film yourself on camera for short-form and long-form video content across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Produce polished videos including product tutorials, explainer videos for SMBs across various industries, UGC-style testimonial ads, sales enablement content, how-to guides, and thought leadership pieces
• Record yourself and your screen regularly to demonstrate product features and workflows

Scriptwriting & Creative Development

• Write clear, engaging scripts and hooks for video content
• Brainstorm video ideas aligned with business goals and trending content formats
• Localize content to feel authentically American in tone, delivery, and cultural reference

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos for multiple platforms using tools like CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar software
• Add subtitles, transitions, animations, screen recordings, and visual overlays
• Maintain consistent branding across all video content

Technical Setup & Tools

• Handle basic filming setup including lighting, framing, and audio checks
• Use automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, and Slack to demonstrate product features
• Quickly learn new B2B tools such as CRMs and dialers

Collaboration

• Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with campaigns
• Participate in occasional on-location shoots as needed

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong camera presence with a confident, friendly, and clear speaking voice
• Clear and fluent spoken English that US-based customers can easily understand
• Comfortable filming yourself regularly and following scripts
• Proven experience editing videos (short-form or long-form)
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Reels)
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn software tools quickly
• Proactive, organized, and able to consistently hit weekly content output goals

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Background in content creation, influencing, livestreaming, UGC, or on-camera work
• Interest in AI, tech, startups, or business automation
• Experience writing scripts or storyboards
• Familiarity with lighting setups, microphones, and cameras
• Understanding of U.S. culture, humor, and SMB pain points
• Knowledge of cameras, lighting, and color grading with ability to adjust complex settings
